UOA Ltd was listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2008, and its development arm, UOA Development Bhd, was listed on Bursa Malaysia in 2011. Over the past thirty years, the group has built a reputation as a respected property investment and development company delivering prime commercial and residential properties with a record of completing projects ahead of schedule.
