Internship Content Creator – UOA Development Bhd

The Internship Content Creator is responsible for creating digital and visual content for HR events and training programs. This role supports the Human Resources Department and contributes to employee engagement initiatives within a dynamic work environment.

As an intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve content creation and coordination for various HR projects. You will work closely with the HR team to develop materials that enhance employee experiences and support training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging digital and visual content for HR events and training programs.
• Assist in preparing communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• Capture media during events to document activities and promote engagement.
• Support the coordination of HR and Academy projects.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
• Maintain organized records of content and project materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project improvements.
