Job Description
The role is for an Intern Trainee in the Human Resources Department with a focus on UOA Academy projects. Responsibilities include creating digital and visual content for HR events, training programs, and employee engagement. The intern will assist in preparing communication materials, capturing event media, and supporting the coordination of HR and Academy projects.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Media, Design, or related field.
Passion for storytelling, design, and creating engaging content.
Basic proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Familiarity with photography, videography, and editing is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin, if relevant).
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic HR environment.
