benefits package for some of the countries is not so appealing career growth is non-linear and comprehensive, only possible if you switch to another department higher management does not always take into account regional needs and capacities

It's difficult to keep the private life / work balance

Too much office politics. Management pretends they care but it is all fake. They only care about the Sales Target numbers and if you suck up to them.

No pinball machines yet unfortunately :P

Remote workers cannot work from abroad

The training is horrible. They put you to learn all this technical stuf from some videos, webex sessions, etc even if you dont need some of that stuff. They dont provide a good and understanding training. All it s messed up and complicated. You will figure most out in the first couple of months on your own. The management, push some ideas that you will have to value all the time you ar in Veeam. It s Veeam way, or no way! If you want to take holidays , you cant in the last month of the firts tree quaters and the whole last quater, so basicly from 12 months, 6 of them are excluded from holidays.

Call center mentality, micro-micro managed, about to install "security" access cards to monitor how many times you use the restroom, what time you come to work, what time you leave, etc. They sell you on team environment and promotions from within but dont be fooled. Many individuals take sole credit for the success of a territory even if they were waiting tables a short while ago. Private "one on ones" kill team spirit, managers get fellow employees to spy and do the dirty work on fellow team mates. Outside team gets all the praise/money for doing nothing.
