A fast growing company with a lot of opportunities. The salary is above the average for the Romanian market.
If your manager is in a different country you will not have too many opportunities to see him and interact face to face.
Customer care representative
Great benefits, raised twice a year plus extra medical care and a fitness centre. The friendliest team ever in my experience. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn.
None really. It's easy to shift your work/life balance but only due to the reason that you've got extra reward for working extra hours, and a lot of guys need cash and hence ignore their managers' reminders to stick to a normal working day. Noone will disapprove you for not overworking.

1. Really well-structured corporate culture which is very important for a new employee, especially for a young professional: training sessions with newcomers, regular meetings with your teammates and your line manager, lots of useful materials available online etc. 2. Salary. Even though many people complain about this bit, I disagree. I think it's still one of the highest in the market (at least in the region where i used to work). Pay raise also happens every year which is a very positive thing. 3. Business trips. A very pleasant "bonus" here. You get to represent the company at different international IT events and participate in business meetings with your field colleagues. 4. Good employee benefits, such as healthcare, gym etc. Healthcare is simply fantastic. All necessary procedures are covered completely. 5. Pretty flexible in terms of taking "personal days" - no limits on that one. 6. Last but not least - the product is simply fantastic, hence it is just a pleasure to sell it, talk to customers about it and present it. You simply feel good while doing that which is already a reward in a way.
1. AWFUL CRAZY MICROMANAGEMENT. No room to grow, your ideas and decisions are not heard and nobody cares about what you have in mind and what you can suggest to make a change. 2. Promotions are only for those who act like mad people in some sort of sect, blindly do what they are told, not ever sharing their opinion, but instead only repeating the company mantras. If you actually have your own way of working and you are not involved in all possible corporate stuff and don't show off every single minute, then you will never be seen and promoted, regardlesss of how good your actual professional results are. I can also add here that there are too many absolutely useless roles in the company: team leads of some teams that simply don't need any team lead, basically promotions for some people just for the sake of promoting them because they just do what is mentioned above. 3. NO respect for employees who have been with the company for quite a while. These people are completely neglected and forgotten and when they leave because they are just tired of this nonsense, nobody tries to keep them. They will just let you go and wave. 4. Frequent cases of miscommunication between departments - or, better yet, lack of communication competely. Certain individuals in the management team also try to hide some news, cover something up etc. which results in people finding out something through other channels - WORST POSSIBLE SCENARIO.
1: Good work live balance 2: Amazing team 3: Good work culture 4: Work from home 5: Great product 6: Opportunity for growth
Sometime customers could be demanding and try to put a lot of pressure on you. But again, where is the fun without any challenges as such sometime.
