Awesome place to work with great products!
Might be to fast paced for some people
Inside sales representative
People are amazing, pay is great, and work life balance is spot on.
Things change quickly here, which can be good or bad depending on how adaptive you are.
If you want a great starting position in software sales then this is the place for you. As an inside sales associate, you will need to work hard qualifying leads into opportunities for 6 months to a year before you are promoted to the next level, which is faster than most companies and there are also open positions. The product is the best in the industry. None of our competitors can keep up with the technology. The technology grows with customer needs, and it happens fast. You're customer needs a fix for a problem? Our development team, depending on how complicated, will push it out in a week or two. The sales floor is lively and fun. The hardest workers will be able to achieve success and make good money doing it. There are complainers on the floor and it can ruin moral but it is short lived as they normally walk out the door. If your passionate about a strong product, it will come off in your calls and customers eat it up.
The outside sales teams don't close nearly enough revenue yet get paid double or triple. They also get paid on what their inside teams close, which means they can make good money doing nothing yet they constantly forecast their inside counter parts deals as their own. Outside sales also gets most (if not all) of the credit, even if the inside rep has closed a ton of business. Doesn't want to make you work harder.

Over the long term? Nothing relevant!
Inside sales associate
amazing benefits, great management, great compensation package, relaxed environment
I can not think of any!
Great product , true care for the customers, high communication standards, both with customers\partners and inside the team. Friendly environment, nice team, and good opportunities to grow
Working overtime and tight deadlines which could all be avoided with more effective time management

The People The Culture Very Inclusive Committed to Work Life Balance
There really aren't any cons per say. If I were to give one piece of advice, is the technical work is very demanding so having a Mental Preparedness routine is essential. This is where Veeam shines on the pros, we are so are committed to Work/Life Balance and it's very important you maintain and stick to this. The only one who can maintain it is you. Again, not a con, just advice.

Flexible, good pay and benefits
Sometimes workload can be too much
Sales representative
Descent salary for junior, Nice office mood, target possible to achieve, good Presidents Club, good kick of, very good product (no competition)
Low salary for senior, management in Russia don't know anything about sales or management, they are all driven by excel file and KPI, they prefer good KPI than a good achievement (unbelievable true story), low level sales training.
