Sales engineer
Very good product, some great people/colleagues I work with. All in all, it has been a great place to work.
Company culture has changed and gotten away from what made Veeam a great place to be. Product team is not delivering on essential features. New executive management is bad - poor vision for this company (I know he has been successful at other companies), believes the company can run with just inside sales. Moral is down due to this direction. I think this cahnge of leadership will lead to some big turnover this year.. Has been a great place to work, but the future is uncertain at the moment.
Territory manager
Working in the UK team is great, we are achieving, driving the average business size up and really feel like you are a part of something special. Veeam are taking over the world and winning everywhere.
Couple, but no game changers. Some holes in the product means the competition still gets a look in, if not winning making it more difficult. Different regions could be given more autonomy to do our own thing. Targets, the U.K. Smashes growth targets but just about creeps over the target lines.
Human resources operations specialist
Culture, fast paced 'Veeam Speed' environment with learning opportunities and growth potential. Also great to have colleagues and connections all over the world.
Working across timezones can be challenging but also rewarding to have global connections
Inside sales representative
Leadership has clear vision for growth of company and communicates clearly to employees.
The result of quick growth creates some friction, but management corrects quickly.

Inside channel manager
They hire kids right out of college who know nothing. Management from top to first line and HR is toxic. There is back stabbing, cut throat culture. The only positive thing is that the product developed by the Russians is great.
The education for new hires or awful. Managers are toxic, duplicitous and not professional. They do not promote a professional culture. They fire people every month and tell them the reason- "you do not fit in here". People are always looking to leave as soon as they could. It is not a quality company and poorly run. There is a climate of active hostility to people over 40.
