Great product, it almost sells itself, customers love it and the support Veeam provides. The company is continually growing and becoming more and more competitive on the market. Salary package is above average.
There is a lot of micro-management going on; a very big emphasis is put on reporting and monitoring the reps. You are being told that you should be independent, but micro-management is continuous. A bit of a call- center atmosphere.
Director, r&d and worldwide support
1. Growing company => good careers opportunity 2. Ability for professional growth in virtualization area 3. Dynamic market of Veeam's products is a good place for innovations 4. Award winning products
If you like bureaucracy, Veeam is not for you...
Applications support engineer
- career path - stability - great people
- fast pace - requires a lot of study of the solutions platform
Solutions architect
Well established company in the data protection space with the right product vision and the cash to execute the vision. I love working there.
As with any companies, there a few frustrating things here and there.
Inside sales associate
Great culture and friendly vibe in the office. Really great colleagues and friendly approachable management. Good place to start career.
First of all for entry level ISA's, pay is terribly low. All other IT sales organisations in Sydney pay at least 10K more. Company culture is too relaxed. Sales team generally are complacent and lack drive to achieve. No pressure from management to change momentum. Also existing talent seems to be undervalued.
Inside sales representative
I have enjoyed seeing internal promotions and a vast amount of hiring as we continue to grow into a billion dollar company! There is a wealth of knowledge at my fingertips from management to training experts in house.
I am excited to learn more about our new training program for 2013!

So far, Veeam is the best employer that I've had. Green, helpful people mostly, dynamic R&D
On the way to become an enterprise, the company is starting to be a little more official and traditional which affects work processes.
Key account manager
Great products for mid -market
Outdated marketing approach, immature company in many ways given its size and past succes.
Products Rocks. Set it and forget it. If your a college or high school grad, Veeam could be a very good first real job.
The product is not an Enterprise Solution. Can handle some enterprises, but the key word is solution. Company needs to expand it products portfolio. If your a true Enterprise Sales Professional, Veeam isn't for you. The business model is high transactions. The ASP is about $4,00k and 50% of the companies overall revenue is in transactions below $10K. Again, if your an experienced professional move on. Pay is below Market and their is an arrogance's from the Executive Management which is toxic and very frustrating. If the company wants your opinion they will give it to you. Company spends a ridiculous amount of time measuring things that don't matter. Overly metric centric and give Micro Management a whole new category in the Dictionary.
