It's pretty technical, sometimes hard to grasp for us dumb sales people :-) We have LOFTY goals, and with that comes pressure Some people aren't eligible for all the spiffs and benefits Wish we had more vacation with seniority

no remote possibilities , not much promotions possibilities

Sometimes the workload can be a bit too much. Too many changes within the company in a short amount of time, it confuses our customers and partners.

- few to none opportunities for expat work/ secondment although it’s a international company - not always comfortable to work with the field team
