- Working with great talents across the county in each of their respective departments - Fast paced working culture, mainly due to dealing with clients and project due date - Flexible working hours, but need your own self discipline - as long as you able meet or exceed the monthly KPI so no need to worry - Weekly meeting, mostly to welcome new members and to know any new update from company, but a very happening one where usually got games to play with other colleagues - supportive manager, all department also same, they treat us not like subordinate but more to working partners - no need to call them by Sir or special title, just call by name - no micromanage by superior or seniors, as long as you can deliver the job and meet monthly kpi, you are good to go - no one gonna bother you - In terms of salary, way way better structure than my previous workplaces - attractive benefits + a lot of bonding events
