Workload Variability – Some projects may have high workloads, while others may have periods of bench time. Tech Stack Limitation – While Wipro works on many technologies, innovation and niche tech opportunities may be limited compared to product-based firms or startups. HR & Management Issues – Employee concerns regarding hikes, bench policies, and project allocation can sometimes be frustrating.

Higher Management ask unnecessary questions during the interview Unnecessarily trying to go into core of tool which is irrelevant and unexplainable without looking at the framework and then they expect candidate to answer it correctly I worked here for 7 months and already got headache as Manager or just below level higher ups asks for update again and again No proper salary increment Pay less than the competitive organizations

Work allocates to you is more than what you can manage in your shift. So you have to take your work home.

1. BFSI projects are terrible. Dont ever join any EU project, especially UBS. The customer is very biased, rigid and demanding. 2. Some projects have too much internal politics. 3. Lack of support from senior management.
