Management do not value admins. We are not allowed in meetings, as we are not considered a part of the team but are expected to keep up with our bosses thru telepathy. Expect to work US and India hours. Give up your Sunday. When you've had enough and quit, they will immediately cut your health insurance (even though they've already taken the money out of your paycheck). Horrible.
