There is No Cons for work life balance

no work - you go into free pool (bench) then let go 2 weeks later.

Management, if client think you are slave than you need to work as slave with asking any question or resign from organization. you can't expect from manager anything to change the project

The most pathetic is it’s not at all diversity friendly and diversity is only for the namesake. I am a female and I am always given a poor projects whereas my male colleagues are given all high visibility deals . Very disappointed in job and desperately looking outside
