I am working with wipro from last 11 years i haven't saw any good thing in my career. I stuck here
1) Poor Managment, No growth. 2) Wipro don't have any policy to neutralize salary structure. I dropped an email to HR regarding my salary is very very low could you please help me to neutralize as wipro hiring fresher and there salary more than me. i got replied " we Dont have such Policy".
