No bonus & increment is low

None. Speed of decision making

Less support when project has finished or on bench.

After 4 years of M.tech, for getting the bonus you need to stay for 1 more year. NO rewards for being with them for 4 years in less stipend.

No much growth. They do layoffs. Once you are on bench and do not find another project within 30 days, you are asked to resign.
