Associate engineer
It was good to work
But if you want to change work internally it is not possible.
Senior manager, operations
It is a nice company to work with. You can get support from pears and now they are working on the employee satisfaction.
The pressure is too much in some of the projects making it difficult to survive. They still need to build a culture where they value there employees. A lot of work needs to be done.
Anonymous employee
No positive thoughts about company
No transportation, less salary provided
General manager
Onboarding and technical training isnt bad.
Complicated Matrix and overlay does not serve company well
Senior ux designer
In my 20 years experience I haven't seen anything good about this company.
Management is very narrow minded and stingy. No empathy towards those struggling employee. In my earlier organisations that I worked meetings were not encouraged, but here it's the opposite and works and deadlines are delayed. Here they complicate simple things when it comes to support functions.

Not good for salary hikes
Assistant manager
- Good place to work if you are in good project. - Good campus. - Decent Salary
- Less hike. - Slow process. - Bad managers.
Technical manager
In some projects, the work culture is good. But on others due to some toxic manager, they made the work place too toxic.
There are many cons like for long term they pay very less, so you can not survive. Some managera are very much autocratic.
Test engineer
Training is very good and many resources to learn
salary increments are less and hikes percentage are also less
Work from home Compensation for night shifts
No work life balance. I was working 12hr per day. They reach out on weekends too.

Many employees say the work culture allows a decent balance between personal and professional life (depends on project/client).
Some teams follow rigid processes, which may feel repetitive or slow for those wanting a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Pmo manager
The area is open for all, it is up to an individual to climb the ladder
The employees till the mid level are not valued or I would say even thanked by the higher management while they leave the company, even if worked for more than 10+ years. The individual is left alone to ponder how to grow, no one will guide you here. All kinds of policies and latest technologies are there for you but, no one is there to guide you, to inspire you. everything on emails.
Software developer
Supportive team culture and decent work-life balance. Good place to start your career. Exposure to real-time projects. Access to learning platforms. Job security is a plus.
Limited career advancement opportunities. Salary growth is slower than industry average. Bureaucratic processes. Project allocation can be random. Tech stack sometimes outdated.

Work-Life Balance: Wipro is known for providing a good balance between personal and professional life
Promotion Cycles: The promotion process can be slow, and growth within the company might take longer than expected.

The managers of my immediate project were awesome, the pay was good, the work was easy and there was a nice work life balance.
They terminated our contract out of the blue and we were laid off with a weeks notice.
