Heavy work and micro management from higher level management and pay less

for now as per the current market salaries are a bit less paid

Do you know my level? Are these leaders or roadside low lifes? So called leaders will make you work like an donkey and take all the credit themselves making you feel sorry for yourself Leaders have zero interest in the customers, improvements, quality only interested in themselves and their pet animals

Less Pay and heavy work

None all good except annual hikw

Increment is delayed or not at all. Same goes for bonus and gifts. Payroll and GPO departments are very non cooperative. Even after submitting manager's approval, wrong attendance data was not rectified which lead to loss of pay of around 2-3 lakhs.

Sometimes meeting deadlines becomes crucial when there is business requirement

There was a sexual harrassment case against a TL but nothing happens.

Package increase is issue as the hike will be less

Yearly hike percentage is very less

The company work culture is very poor. Employees are not treated fairly, no work-life balance, no proper structure, and processes. They are not good pay masters. The salary is not as per industry standards. Also some managers could be hugely toxic, and hence its a hit or miss kinda situation. If you have a good manager then you are good otherwise this organization can feel like a hell hole.

Bad policy, they hire you and not giving work and at the same time hiring person giving different instructions which you followed, and suddenly they catch you saying this is again Wipro policy you breach the contract xyz story they build, and asks either you leave the organisation this kind of threating they will give and while doing HR Business partner and RM and Delivery Leadership along with Reporting they will put you pressure to do whatever HR saying, if you are trying to reach out your reporting he will not respond you on massage or email or call, and they literally threatened and telling will spoil your career or taking legal action xyz

Poor pay master for old employees.
