No consideration for new mothers

You will also come across people who are only there to do a 9-5 job with no interest to learn and work together - they survive happily & go on with life. Those who sweat and put their soul into their work & contribution may sometimes feel that its unfair.

Lack of staff and need to cover 3 peoples jobs at 1 time. UNDERPAID. Need to deal with toxic colleague. Everything so urgent and poor task planning.

Salary increment is very low only minimum 3% maximum 5%.

Less pay grade and we have to serve 90 days of notice period, but they give less than 15 days to join in wipro from the former employer

Finance control is too high, nit-picking while incentive/bonus pay time. Too many changes in the leadership makes it difficult with constantly changing directions.

They will assign you any project from any domain and you have to work on that , And if you are on bench for more than 45 days you will get salary and they will ask you to resign
