Communication between departments is a struggle. Many systems make the process more complicated than necessary. Some managers lack the skills or tools to support their teams. Seemed to be a slight divide from managers and employees. Focus on those that don't sit at the "cool table." These people are just as talented and eager to learn more. Big, matrix organization. Not many opportunities to influence "up" the chain. No room for growth. Need to train managers into better leaders and communicators. Very bad management in some departments - No feedback from management Depressive working environment.
