Too many levels as any big company

Quite repetitive sometimes. Apart from that everthing is ok.

Rigid structure, not wide options

Limited exposure to the team activities due to part-time working hours

Management not very supportive Toxic environment and micromanage staff

Management, systems, offshoring, processing, all of it was hopeless

not a lot of change

Rigidity in the processes due to the large size

Nothing negative, my experience working for Zurich to date has been great.

Old technologies. brown people not treated well lot of discrimination. Not open to new ideas managers not well trained to line manage people. Hr does not care about your problems if you try to aproach hr for your problems you will be sacked as hr doesnt like to be troubled not growth or any new learning young people are not been treated well. No professional behaviour people talk over each other and talk all personal matters
