Not demanding job Finance master/ knowledge required

Bonus is low every year

Management is top heavy. Upper positions typically filled from outside company

Everything is nice just need to work on little bit more flexible way of working. Rest all is good

Organizational hierarchy is complicated Slow progress

Its hard to get HR clarification and justification on salary improvements. Sumore when u dont have strong support from the head. No opportunity on widen your roles, will stuck with what u have only. If u want big bonus, not here.

Normalmente trabajas overtime porque hay mucho qué hacer, pero no te pagan extra.

1. low Salary base. low bonus. 2. First day at work. not impressive workplace. pretty old workplace and Sad faces. There is no one out there to say Hi to anyone.

Remuneration package can be better.
