Treating very badly during and after leaving, e.g. HR not responding, being blamed for leaving in meetings Benefits are largely not useful Pay does not keep up with other companies as you progress Training is poor, especially following the pandemic, highly dependent on manager Often not recognised for your contributions Difficult to progress once qualified as senior employees rarely leave Social events are non-existent except for a Xmas party with a minimal budget Often feel second rate to London staff, e.g. salaries, events, expenses

Work expectations (and hours) are very demanding.
