Pay increases are very small

Nothing I can think off at the moment.

Not much advancement opportunity. People doing the same role for long time. Restructure is targeted to new employees that came onboard after purchasing new business with the transfer.

At times can be too BU driven resulting in duplications of processes and systems.

You have to be a "club member" to progress at Zurich. With a do more with less approach, the ability to attract and retain talent is challenging.

Pay was not great considering the high volume of calls and deadlines to meet.
