• Staff on Zurich contracts have good benefits, including bonus and private healthcare, however junior your position • It's a nice office with a lovely Cafe Nero downstairs • Company is well committed to flexible working and not forcing people to either work from home or the office beyond office attendance for core business/team needs • There are some good opportunities to further your career if you fit into office culture and management choose to recognise your skills and achievements
• The co-source between Zurich and WNS • Be careful, are they putting you on a Zurich contract, or a WNS contract? WNS operate a three strikes and out rule and leave you on SSP when sick • Management culture comes from WNS, which means it's ALL ruthlessly performance focussed - this is kind of counter balanced by Zurich's more progressive culture • Facilities staff are sub-contracted out on worse terms too
- Good company culture - Great benefits such as insurance deals, pension and bonuses - Exams paid for - All internal HR systems work properly - Amazing Family policies - Flexible working
- Lack of opportunities to move up for everyone.
