It's quite great for a place to work
even it is good, but still there're many things that Zurich have to improve

Inflexible in terms of opportunities for development and reviews of pay etc
Anonymous employee
Good leadership benefits, and comp
Lots of different systems that could be integrated

Data engineer
- Fairly Paid - Great Company culture - Friendly Enviornment
- too many red tape
Data analyst
- in general there is a friendly atmosphere - colleagues tend to help each other, very human touch - people acomodate ad-hoc requests when they can - no overtime needed
- a lot of meetings - scattered documentation, processes that don't always are documented - lots of data sources and confusing with poor explanation, not easy to digest - very restrictive, birocratic which makes hard to advance work
Executive
Good benefits provided to employee
Underpaid and work over load
Business analyst
Strong learning potential, Very patient and supportive team Very analytically interesting work Excellent work life balance
Progression / Performance can be confusing
- Insurance business is usual stable - Plenty of challenges - Pay is good
- Onboarding is not so good - Not lot of growth to become manager or above manager - Messy IT structure
Supportive environment. Good international opportunities.
Workload can be very high across the board. Given company size, can be slow-moving.
