-Plenty to do and learn, great team, plenty of interesting challenges. -Technical work, Great opportunities to step up from Surveying Role, or other more hands on roles, such as operations. -Will give support for CPD and help you through CEng. -The company is not afraid to invest in the latest tech - (ANSYS). -You have all the software and tools required to do the job. -Very good benefits, pension, bonus and car scheme. -I.T is set up well for home working. -Backed up by your work colleagues. -Very good and knowledgeable Principle Engineers, in all fields, both present and past. -Managers are understanding, willing to support, and listen.
-The Toilet down stairs some times got blocked up, but you could use the one upstairs. -As the job is so technical, there are only limited number of people who know what your doing, but there is always someone who will help either way, again good team members.
