Internship
Colleagues are nice and friendly
A little bit heavy workloads
Senior risk officer
Good culture, recognize performance based on output. People are nice and very understanding with family situations. Also lots of roles across the company to move, a lot of opportunities to learn.
Unclear direction, sometimes could be doing projects that end up not really needed or when submitted management could turn 180 degrees. Moving up is very challenging as many companies are I suppose.
