Awful team environment. Entire team are contractors based on another continent - time difference is a big problem. Not a particularly friendly or helpful group, very difficult to get information. Thousands of pages of documentation, all either outdated or geared toward auditing - nothing to help with doing the job. Colleagues very slow to offer support when asked. Many, many middle managers. Pushy PMs. No induction. Practically no guidance on systems used.
