At USD399/year (about RM1,800) it covers unlimited courses and many professional certificates. Worth it if you plan to complete 3+ certificates in a year. Otherwise just audit individual courses for free.
Paid RM8,000 for 12 weeks. Curriculum was solid, instructors were good, career support was mediocre. Got a job 3 months after graduating at RM4,200. Worthwhile but research alumni outcomes first.

For certain GLCs and government roles, the degree opens doors that a diploma cannot. Private sector increasingly cares less. If your target employers require it, yes. Otherwise your time might go further on skills.
Go to HRDCorp EzHRDF portal. Search by provider or course type. Make sure the provider is registered. Your employer contributes the levy, push HR to use it before year end or it resets.
Started with fast.ai top-down approach. Then went back to statistics fundamentals on Khan Academy. Kaggle competitions for practice. Took 18 months to feel competent. Hired as junior ML engineer after that.
If you cannot explain it simply, you do not understand it. I write notes as if teaching a junior. Gaps in the explanation show gaps in my understanding. Best study method I have found for any subject.
PMP if you work in traditional project environments or want global recognition. PMI-ACP or CSM if your workplace uses Agile. Scrum Master cert is quick but oversaturated. PMP has the best long-term value.

Bootcamp: fast, practical, 3 months. Degree: theory, network, 4 years. For immediate employment in web dev, bootcamp works. For senior architecture and algorithms, degree is still essential.
