Job Description
The intern will engage in day-to-day activities that involve compiling data and providing administrative support for corporate programs. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various teams to enhance strategic planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development of the Enterprise Strategic Agenda.
- Compile relevant data to support decision-making processes.
- Provide support for the formulation of the strategic agenda.
- Develop timelines for business planning activities.
- Offer administrative assistance for corporate programs.
- Compile performance monitoring data for analysis.
- Update the centralized database to ensure accuracy.
- Support the communication plan for the strategic agenda to enhance stakeholder clarity.
Job Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in real estate, accounting, finance, or business.
2 to 5 years' work experience in property or corporate planning.
Strong financial modeling skills for business planning and performance tracking.
Experience in analyzing key business metrics.
Ability to participate in Board-level strategy sessions.
Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, VBA, and PowerPoint.
