The Account Executive will engage in daily financial tasks, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate financial management. The work environment is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial forecasting.
- Conduct audits and support financial analysis activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Oversee sales reconciliation and vendor management.
- Ensure adherence to budgeting and financial regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an advantage.
2–4 years of relevant experience in F&B or hospitality accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., TallyPrime and SQL).
Strong knowledge of restaurant finance operations.
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
