Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily financial activities, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and timely. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance and support financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly financial closing processes.
- Process payments and ensure timely disbursement.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Handle related party transactions in compliance with policies.
- Support management reporting with accurate financial data.
- Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in accounting or finance role.
Experience in monthly closing, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar.
Basic knowledge of audit requirements and related party transactions.
