The Account Manager (Manufacturing) (Cost Analysis) is responsible for managing the full set of accounts independently. This role significantly impacts the financial health of the organization by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with standards.
Job Description
In this position, the Account Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, manage financial statements, and ensure timely closing processes. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with a team and interaction with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts independently.
- Oversee monthly and annual closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Handle bank transactions and cash flow management.
- Conduct reconciliations and fixed asset management.
- Supervise inventory accounting and stock management.
- Conduct monthly financial and performance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
- Prepare and submit tax filings ensuring compliance.
- Lead and mentor a 5-member accounting team.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of full set accounting experience.
Knowledge of costing and cost analysis.
Hands-on experience with monthly and annual closing.
Experience with tax matters, including SST and audit coordination.
Work experience in the manufacturing industry.
Team leadership and people management experience.
