
The Account Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting functions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
The Account Executive engages in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, journal postings, and reconciliations within a dynamic work environment. This position also involves assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performing accounts payable and receivable duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of experience in accounting (commercial/retail industry, audit, or accounting firm).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAGE, SQL, or similar).
Good understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
