Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for handling daily accounting functions such as data entry, journal postings, and reconciliations. The role involves assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports, performing accounts payable and receivable duties, and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions. The Account Executive also supports audit and tax matters by preparing relevant documentation and maintains proper filing of accounting records. Additional tasks may include ad-hoc accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

2–3 years of experience in accounting (commercial/retail industry, audit, or accounting firm).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAGE, SQL, or similar).

Good understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Working hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the probation period; flexible working hours will be available after successful completion of probation.
