
The Admin Executive (Japanese Speaker, Fresh Grad Welcome!) is responsible for various administrative and operational tasks within the organization. This role supports the smooth functioning of store operations while facilitating communication between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.
In this dynamic role, the Admin Executive will engage in a variety of daily tasks that include managing documents, data entry, and supporting payroll processes. The work environment is collaborative, requiring effective communication and coordination with team members and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Fluent in Japanese conversation, certification not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possession of own transport and willingness to commute to Mont Kiara area.
