The Admin Executive (Japanese Speaker, Fresh Grad Welcome!) is responsible for various administrative, accounting, HR, store operation, and communication tasks. This role involves managing store documents, data entry, daily reports, inventory, procurement, handling mail and phone inquiries, supporting payroll and attendance management, preparing shift schedules, managing reservation systems, liaising with vendors, and providing Japanese-English communication and translation support.
Fluent in Japanese conversation, certification not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possession of own transport and willingness to commute to Mont Kiara area.
