Job Description

In this dynamic role, the Admin Executive will engage in a variety of daily tasks that include managing documents, data entry, and supporting payroll processes. The work environment is collaborative, requiring effective communication and coordination with team members and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store documents and perform data entry tasks.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist with inventory management.
  • Handle procurement processes and vendor communications.
  • Support payroll and attendance management activities.
  • Prepare shift schedules and manage reservation systems.
  • Respond to mail and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide Japanese-English communication and translation support.

Job Requirements

Fluent in Japanese conversation, certification not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Possession of own transport and willingness to commute to Mont Kiara area.
