Role Summary
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts for the company. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of financial data across various departments.
Job Description
As an Accounts Executive, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with different departments to resolve discrepancies and support the month-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger (GL).
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate timely transaction processing.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial audits.
- Maintain financial records and documentation for reference and compliance.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
