The Admin Assistant - Sustainability is responsible for supporting sustainability initiatives through data management and record-keeping. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate sustainability reporting and vendor communication within the organization.

Job Description

As an Admin Assistant for Sustainability, you will engage in daily tasks that involve data entry and consolidation of sustainability readings. You will work in a collaborative environment, supporting various sustainability initiatives and ensuring that all records are meticulously maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input monthly sustainability readings into the system.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of sustainability metrics.
  • Follow up with vendors to obtain missing data.
  • Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports.
  • Support other sustainability initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain organized documentation for easy access and reference.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Previous admin/data entry experience is an advantage

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Highly detail-oriented and organized
