The Admin Executive position at The Ascent, Paradigm PJ involves managing office supplies, coordinating daily office operations, and serving as the primary contact for visitors. The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing office and pantry supplies, overseeing waste management, and administering building access cards. This role involves coordinating office cleaning services, handling daily office operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, and managing mail and courier services. Additional duties include coordinating office maintenance and repairs, assisting in employee onboarding, maintaining organized databases of office and IT assets, and performing any other tasks assigned by superiors. The working location is The Ascent, Paradigm PJ, with hours from Monday to Friday.
Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 61 years of administrative experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, depending on employer preference).
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, fresh graduates are welcome too.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
