
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing office operations and supplies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment for all employees.
The Admin Executive will engage in daily office management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The position is based at The Ascent, Paradigm PJ, with working hours from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, depending on employer preference).
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, fresh graduates are welcome too.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
