As an Administrative Assistant on a contract basis, you will be responsible for preparing various sales-related documents such as pricing proposals, quotations, and invoices. You will coordinate incoming shipments, ensuring timely delivery to warehouses and customers. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for regulatory matters and assist with general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as needed. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and supporting the sales team effectively.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 and above
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Candidates with pharmaceutical sales administration experience will have an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must possess own transportation as public transportation access is limited
