As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and placements. You'll act as the main point of contact between clients and candidates, ensuring effective communication and understanding of hiring needs. Your role includes building a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating interview arrangements, and maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system. This position requires a proactive approach to meet the diverse challenges of recruitment while providing tailored solutions to clients.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Proven ability to manage client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
