Job Description

The Administrative & HR Assistant will engage in daily tasks that involve recruitment, payroll processing, and administrative support within a dynamic work environment. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings and resume screening.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans based on departmental manpower needs.
  • Maintain and optimize recruitment channels to build a talent database.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Distribute allowances and bonuses while maintaining confidential employee records.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and support daily HR tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure alignment.

Job Requirements

Must be a Malaysian Chinese and able to communicate in Malay.

Detail-oriented and responsible with strong communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience in administration or HR is preferred but not mandatory.

Team player with a mature and reliable working attitude.
