The Administrative & HR Assistant is responsible for independently managing the recruitment process and supporting various HR and administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll and reporting. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.
The Administrative & HR Assistant is responsible for independently managing the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, offer issuance, and onboarding procedures. They need to understand the manpower needs of various departments, develop and execute recruitment plans, and maintain and optimize recruitment channels to build a talent database. The role also involves assisting in payroll processing, attendance tracking, allowance and bonus distribution, maintaining confidential employee records, preparing HR-related reports, and supporting daily HR and administrative tasks while coordinating communication between departments.
Must be a Malaysian Chinese and able to communicate in Malay.
Be detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience in administration or HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be a team player with a mature and reliable working attitude.
