Job Description
In this role, you will oversee payment operations for Shopee’s Affiliate Publisher Programs, ensuring accurate commission reporting and partner payment details. You will monitor budget usage, collaborate with the Finance team for reconciliations, and manage commission settings. Additionally, you will assist in campaign execution, handle customer inquiries, and support the Affiliate Marketing team with performance reporting and analysis.
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced operational role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Dashboard System Management is advantageous.
