Role Summary
The Affiliates Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing payment operations for Shopee’s Affiliate Publisher Programs. This role involves ensuring accurate commission reporting and partner payment details while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily operations that include monitoring budget usage and managing commission settings. You will work closely with the Finance team and assist in campaign execution, providing support to the Affiliate Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payment operations for Affiliate Publisher Programs.
- Ensure accurate commission reporting and partner payment details.
- Monitor budget usage and manage commission settings.
- Collaborate with the Finance team for reconciliations.
- Assist in campaign execution and handle customer inquiries.
- Support the Affiliate Marketing team with performance reporting and analysis.
- Maintain effective communication with partners and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced operational role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Dashboard System Management is advantageous.
