Role Summary

The Analyst, Biorefinery And Biofuels is responsible for leading the maintenance and improvement of the biorefinery margins model. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the biofuels sector, contributing to the energy transition and decarbonization efforts globally.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve developing and refining the biorefinery margin model while collaborating with a global team of analysts and researchers. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the biofuels sector and its emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the BCMA tool.
  • Improve model structure and inputs for biorefinery margins.
  • Analyze emerging production pathways in the biofuels sector.
  • Collaborate with international teams to enhance model capabilities.
  • Generate long-term forecasts of biofuels supply and demand.
  • Provide insights on the future value and margins of biofuels.
  • Contribute to the understanding of biogas production plants.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience in refining, programming, or data science.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a global team.

Excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with biofuels and biogas sectors is a plus.
