As an Area Sales Manager, you will support Sales & Distribution in achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities include managing dealer portfolios, providing trade marketing support, executing sales strategies, and training staff on risk management. You will also monitor market movements and drive the sales team to meet performance goals while ensuring effective communication across departments.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field.
At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG related environment with minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management.
Aggressive and target driven.
Sales driven with good track record.
Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
Willing to travel.
