
The Assistant Manager, Partner Sales role at U Mobile is focused on driving sales growth through partnerships in the Corporate and SME markets. The position requires strong sales skills and the ability to build relationships with partners while achieving set sales targets.
This is a sales development role focuses on meeting sales target with upholding UM's values and compliance policies. Key duties include driving Corporate and SME market growth via Enterprise Business (EB) Partner channels, achieving sales targets, expanding partnerships, and align with corporate goals. It aims to build a sales-oriented pool of EB partners to support overall company business goals achievement particularly into Corporate and SME market segment.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field
5-8 years of sales experience, ideally in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management
Strong drive to achieve sales goals
Excellent hunting skills
Ability to develop and grow new business opportunities
Skilled in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
A team player with effective communication skills
