Role Summary
The Specialist, Change Management & Process Efficiency is responsible for managing planned work activities and ensuring effective communication across U Mobile. This role plays a crucial part in leading initiatives related to Information Security Management and Business Continuity Planning, impacting both internal operations and external partnerships.
Job Description
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all planned work activities, handling escalations, approvals, and coordination within and outside U Mobile. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure timely follow-ups on planned work issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives related to Information Security Management.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure alignment on projects.
- Manage escalations and approvals for planned work activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on planned work issues.
- Facilitate communication between various departments.
- Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives.
- Support the development of Business Continuity Planning strategies.
Job Requirements
Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication/Electrical discipline or equivalent
Preferably 1 - 2 years working experience in a Telco industry
Ability to work with electronic planned work management system
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possess good public relations skills
Readiness to work in demanding situations
Result-oriented with strong initiative to learn
Ability to work independently
