
This role involves coordinating planned work activities and serving as the main contact for escalations and approvals. You will engage with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and compliance with security and continuity standards.
As the primary point of contact for all planned work activities, you will handle escalations, approvals, and coordination within and outside U Mobile. Your responsibilities include leading initiatives related to Information Security Management and Business Continuity Planning, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring timely follow-ups on planned work issues.
Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication/Electrical discipline or equivalent
Preferably 1 - 2 years working experience in a Telco industry
Ability to work with electronic planned work management system
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possess good public relations skills
Readiness to work in demanding situations
Result-oriented with strong initiative to learn
