The Senior Manager, HR Partner is responsible for driving people strategy across the Enterprise and Marketing divisions. This role partners with C-level executives to influence workforce decisions and lead critical people initiatives, ensuring organizational effectiveness and business outcomes.

In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to implement HR strategies that align with business goals. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive people strategy across Enterprise and Marketing divisions.
- Partner with C-level executives to influence workforce and talent decisions.

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
10–15 years of HR experience.
At least 5 years in strategic HR partnering / leadership roles.
Proven ability to influence C-level and division heads.
Strong commercial, analytical, and organizational judgment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
