
The Senior Manager, HR Partner role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives across the Enterprise and Marketing divisions. This position requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive talent outcomes.
As HR Partner, you will drive people strategy across Enterprise and Marketing divisions, ensuring the organization is structured and resourced to deliver business outcomes. You will partner with C-level executives to make key decisions on workforce and talent, lead critical people initiatives, and be accountable for division-level people outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
10–15 years of HR experience
At least 5 years in strategic HR partnering / leadership roles
Proven ability to influence C-level and division heads
Strong commercial, analytical, and organizational judgment
Experience leading HR initiatives across multiple functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive change initiatives
