The Senior Manager, HR Partner is responsible for driving people strategy across the Enterprise and Marketing divisions. This role partners with C-level executives to influence workforce decisions and lead critical people initiatives, ensuring organizational effectiveness and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive people strategy across Enterprise and Marketing divisions.
- Partner with C-level executives to influence workforce and talent decisions.
- Lead critical people initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure the organization is structured and resourced to deliver business outcomes.
- Analyze and assess division-level people outcomes.
- Facilitate change initiatives to improve HR processes.
- Collaborate with multiple functions to lead HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
10–15 years of HR experience.
At least 5 years in strategic HR partnering / leadership roles.
Proven ability to influence C-level and division heads.
Strong commercial, analytical, and organizational judgment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
