
The Assistant Branch Manager at Manulife is responsible for driving branch growth by achieving sales and recruitment targets, organizing events, and supporting adviser development while collaborating on strategic initiatives for market expansion.
Lead branch business growth by achieving sales, AUM, and recruitment targets. Organize recruitment seminars, previews, and sales events to attract and develop quality advisers. Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and roadshows to increase business opportunities. Monitor sales and recruitment performance, providing coaching and support to leaders and advisers. Partner with the Regional Manager on strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts. Build and maintain strong business relationships with adviser to drive retention and long-term growth. Support adviser onboarding, activation, and compliance to ensure high productivity.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, investment advisory, or portfolio management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and team members.
