The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch business growth by achieving sales, AUM, and recruitment targets. This role involves strategic planning and execution to enhance business opportunities and foster strong relationships with advisers.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations and drive the branch's performance in sales and recruitment. You will collaborate with various teams to implement marketing strategies and support adviser development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead branch business growth by achieving sales, AUM, and recruitment targets.
• Organize recruitment seminars, previews, and sales events to attract and develop quality advisers.
• Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and roadshows to increase business opportunities.
• Monitor sales and recruitment performance, providing coaching and support to leaders and advisers.
• Partner with the Regional Manager on strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with advisers to drive retention and long-term growth.
• Support adviser onboarding, activation, and compliance to ensure high productivity.
