In this role, you will oversee daily operations and drive the branch's performance in sales and recruitment. You will collaborate with various teams to implement marketing strategies and support adviser development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch business growth by achieving sales, AUM, and recruitment targets.
- Organize recruitment seminars, previews, and sales events to attract and develop quality advisers.
- Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and roadshows to increase business opportunities.
- Monitor sales and recruitment performance, providing coaching and support to leaders and advisers.
- Partner with the Regional Manager on strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with advisers to drive retention and long-term growth.
- Support adviser onboarding, activation, and compliance to ensure high productivity.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, investment advisory, or portfolio management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and team members.
