Job Description
The Assistant Executive will engage in daily activities that involve overseeing farm operations and ensuring optimal plant growth conditions. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with team members to maintain high standards in agricultural practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor workers and plant growth to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure nutrient solution EC and pH values are maintained at optimal levels.
- Schedule inspections and cleaning of farm facilities.
- Track plant growth stages and report on progress.
- Create planting strategies for NFT and aeroponic systems.
- Assist in scheduling planting, transplanting, and harvest cycles.
- Optimize productivity across all farming systems.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Horticulture, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in farming or agriculture preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Basic understanding of plant nutrition and crop cycles.
Familiarity with hydroponic or aeroponic systems.
Knowledge of pH and EC meters and nutrient solution preparation.
