High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area, OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
Ability to motivate and empower team members while encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond proactively to guests' and employees' concerns.
Effective coaching skills to guide staff throughout the property.
Self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm to create a positive work environment.
Capability to take ownership of guest issues and follow through until resolution.
Ability to comply with corporate accounting procedures and assist with quality audits as needed.
