The Assistant Human Resources Manager engages in various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, training, and development, within a dynamic hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in human resources or related field, or a 2-year degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with no work experience required.
Ability to assist in interviewing and networking with external recruitment sources.
Experience in maintaining communication channels and employee relations.
Knowledge of compliance practices related to employee files and safety policies.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective employee engagement.
